Internal Jogging examines what it means to connect with another human being at the most basic level: to laugh together, work together, play together, share a common goal. Interacting directly with the audience, the performers use dance, juggling, and music to create a temporary island of community in our postmodern world.
KNOT Kollektiv, founded in 2016, creates interactive performances that defy genre — merging dance, circus, and theatre into work that feels less like watching and more like belonging. The audience is genuinely part of the piece: at one point, spectators write messages on the juggling balls and send them flying through the room. (Noah was once asked out on a date this way, mid-performance. He gave the sender a wink and passed the ball on.)
The interactive work planted something lasting in Noah: learning to hand a stranger an object and show them, without a single word, what you could do together. Years later, that exact skill became the foundation of his work with refugee children. At one festival, his brother Elia stepped in as show technician — cueing the music and liaising with the festival crew — a small overlap of worlds that Noah treasures.
